Feelin' blue cause we don't talk about it
Anymore, anymore
Tried to show you, it's not complicated
I'm not sure, anymore
Don't sweep it under
'Cause time won't heal it
If I tell you lies, I'm not helping me
I hear it's a safe bet to do it my own way
Sometimes I wish I could forget the pain
I hear it's a safe bet, again and again
One day at a time, that's what you say
Not like you're working on it anyway
I hope you feel okay
Always on your mind, I wish you'd say
But you have done no wrong
I'll just bite my tongue
Don't sweep it under
'Cause time won't heal it
If I tell you lies, I'm not helping me
I hear it's a safe bet to do it my own way
Sometimes I wish I could forget the pain
I hear it's a safe bet, again and again
~
If I tell you lies, I'm not helping me
I hear it's a safe bet to do it my own way
Sometimes I wish I could forget the pain
I hear it's a safe bet, again and again
If I tell you lies, I'm not helping me
I hear it's a safe bet to do it my own way
Sometimes I wish I could forget the pain
I hear it's a safe bet, again and again

Shoegaze ist die Kunst des Dröhnens, doch „Everything Is Alive“ setzt diese Elemente nur sparsam ein. Statt Hall- und Zerr-Sounds aufzutürmen, schäumt die Musik in feinen Bläschen über.

L.A.’s No Swoon offer dazzling dreampop on this, their debut album, with feather-light melodies drifting over rolling guitars. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 9, 2022
The excellent new LP from Seattle’s Fotoform pairs the moodiness of goth with drifting dream pop melodies, resulting in bewitching songs. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 18, 2021
‘Parallel lines’ is a fantastic track. While Love Dance’s sound has evolved and experimented into dance/electronic on the past release… this particular song sounds to me it’s demonstrating a more welcomed back to their roots approach. Matthew Nangle
